This ground floor unit offers very comfortable holiday accommodation and is situated in a convenient location just approximately 200 yards from the seafront at the North Bay and the town's High Street with its range of shops and restaurants, whilst the long duned South Beach neighbouring the 18 hole golf course is a mainly level walk of approximately 450 yards. The property benefits from a good sized, sunny rear paved garden ideal for relaxing and the safe storage of bicycles and surfboards etc. Gas fired central heating, beds are made up for your convenience.

The nearest supermarket is just approximately 125 yards away, as is the nearest car park which costs approximately £16 for a weekly ticket (high season).

Kitchen: Dining table chairs to seat 4 persons, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer and automatic washing machine.
Living/Dining Room: Bay window to front, colour television, DVD player, radio cassette player and real flame feature gas fire set in an attractive period surround.
Bedroom 1:Double size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables.
Bedroom 2:Full size Bunk Beds, chest of draws. 
Washroom: Full sized bath with showet attachment overhead, wash basin, wc, light/shaver point..
Outside: Enclosed, rear patio with garden furniture and pedestrian access to front of the property. .

The position of Weston Terrace is absolutely fantastic, you are a hop, skip and jump away from everything, yet it is still quiet! Absolutely wonderful. You stay in the bottom half of the house which is much bigger than you imagine and is very spacious.  You are provided with tea, coffee and sugar (maybe milk but not 💯 on that) and there were lots of cleaning essentials in the property which is fabulous. The kettle should Definately be replaced as it takes an age to boil. All in all my mom and dad had a fabulous stay and the added bonus of the garden patio is fabulous for you and your dogs alike, the garden had a fabulous array of plants. All in all the stay was fabulous, ideal spot to enjoy Tenby and we would Definately stay again. If your looking for parking for your car y, you will be disappointed, but that is detailed in the description, but we parked the car in the rail station which is only a few minutes walk away. Great property to take your dogs.

Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, spacious accommodation. Superb location for all local attractions, in walking distance to town centre/beaches etc A very pretty secure courtyard garden, great if you want to take your four legged friend on holiday. A great property - perfect location, lots of space.
Weston Terrace (S037) is situated 200 level yards or so from the beach and town in a quiet back road, close, but not too close to the train station. Very comfortable and very spacious. Large living room, large kitchen with dining table, two good bedrooms - one with bunk beds. Really handy enclosed garden space ideal for storage or dog management. We'd happily stay again.

We have just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable week in Tenby, blessed by good weather! We stayed at 1 Weston Terrace and can honestly say that this 2 bedroom apartment ticked all the boxes for us. It was refreshingly clean and well equipped to a standard better than most other self catering accommodation we have stayed in. My wife, 2 boys, and I plus our dog Bella really enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. We enjoyed it so much, we have booked it already, for the same time next year to avoid disappointment! We couldn't compliment the accommodation any more highly.

 

This is the fourth booking made through Holiday Connections and have always found the process very simple. All this is coodernated by the  impressive Kate, for who nothing is too much trouble!

 

All in all, the accommodation and Holiday Connections are first class!

We had been looking around for a property to rent for a while and as soon as we made contact with Kate, everything seemed to fall into place nice and easily.

 

We had struggled to find accommodation that included our small Bichon dog and this didn’t seem to concern Kate at all. She recommended Weston Terrace to us and a quick look on-line confirmed all that Kate had told us. The location was perfect and the photos seemed to show the property in a good light. So we booked and looked forward to our break. Kate provided all the arrival instructions in plenty of time for us to mull over before our departure date.

 

When we arrived, everything was exactly as we had been told. If anything, the property is bigger, cleaner and better than shown on the website. All the rooms were tidy, spotlessly clean and the electrical equipment was fully functional – although we forgot to ask about the wi-fi!

 

Anyway, we had a great stay. The property really is in the heart of the town but also on a quiet street and so weekend party goers didn’t bother us, the elder generation, at night time !

 

Through the day, the beaches are less than a 10 minute walk away, as is the centre of the town. It really is an excellent location for a property. Even though the parking is limited (as it is everywhere in Tenby) the multi story car park is less than 5 minutes walk away and is so easy to get to. It is best to buy the weekly parking ticket and just leave the car there. That way you can enjoy the many cafes, bars and restaurants Tenby has to offer, on foot.

 

And... at the end of the day you return to Western Terrace which has a secluded rear courtyard and such a lovely place to open a bottle of wine and chill....

 

Would we ever return? You bet we will!!

Really happy with this accommodation. It is much more spacious than it looks on the website and is lovely and clean and comfortable.  It is also in a great position in the town.

We had a very happy week in the lovely flat - it was comfortable, clean, spacious,  well-equipped and very convenient for both beaches, harbour and town centre. The pretty, enclosed courtyard was ideal for my 3 year-old grandson to play safely in and definitely added to the 'wow' factor when we first arrived and every time we looked out of the window.

 

Many thanks to the owner for taking time to plant up and nurture all those pretty pots and climbing plants. The ones by the front door offered a lovely welcome too.
 
My experience of booking through Holiday Connections has been a positive one, with prompt replies received to my emails and a friendly, helpful voice at the end of the phone on the last day when I forgot the key box combination. Much appreciated!
